Terms

VAT: All figures exclude VAT, charged at the prevailing UK rate.
Payment: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion. Payment plans available.
Ownership: You own the site, the content and the domain outright on final payment. The code is yours; there is no licence to keep paying.
Content: We write the site. You review it clinically, and you supply photography or we arrange a shoot at cost.
Third-party costs: Hosting, domain, and any booking or CRM subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider, not marked up by us.
Ongoing care: From £150 per month for hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and support. Optional, and not required to keep the site running.
Scope changes: Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before it is built. No change is started on an assumption.
If it goes wrong: You can stop after the deposit stage and keep everything produced to that point.
